The Air Conditioning Anti-Leak is a new product from Ecotec that quickly plugs micro-leaks in the air conditioning system. It also has a tracing effect.

Anti-leakage without polymer which neither reacts to oxygen which avoids the problems of clogging inside the circuit.
Permanently seals micro-leaks from rubber and metal parts of air conditioning circuits.
Visible to all UV lights: tracer effect.
Allows a considerable saving of time on the search for and the resolution of micro-leaks in automotive air conditioning, in particular in the case where these require the disassembly of the dashboard.
Can be used preventively.
APPLICATION
1. Start the engine
2. Turn on the air conditioning and select the coldest temperature.
3. Locate the low pressure connection
4. Connect to this fitting with the corresponding gas adapter (green adapter for R1234yf gas and black for R134a gas).
5. Introduce the product into the system
6. Operate the air conditioning for at least 30 minutes.
The product cannot work on leaks greater than 0.3 mm. To validate the feasibility of the repair, it is possible to carry out a preliminary vacuum resistance test: Create a vacuum at less than 1 bar with a pump for at least 5 minutes. Stop it and check that this vacuum of minus 1 bar holds at least 4 minutes. If the vacuum cannot be maintained for this time, the leak cannot be treated with our product.
It is recalled that any intervention on an air conditioning circuit must be carried out with safety equipment and be carried out by a competent person. Some vehicles (for example Prius II and its specific oil) have a circuit with specific characteristics that must be observed and which do not allow treatment. Can also be used on stationary air conditioners with a suitable procedure.
