Turbo-Net is a non-disassembly cleaner for combustion chambers, turbochargers, and EGR valves.
ACTIONS:
Cleans and removes excess carbon deposits from combustion chambers, turbocharger vanes, EGR valves (diesel engines), and piston rings without disassembling the affected parts.
Resolves many malfunctions of variable geometry turbochargers and EGR valves without disassembly.
Immediately restores the engine to its original performance.
Reduces exhaust smoke.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
This product is for professional use only. Carefully follow the procedure below and ensure there is no trace of lubricant in the air intake hose. Improper use of Turbo-Net on a diesel engine can cause damage.
1. Run the engine until it reaches its normal operating temperature (cooling fan on) and perform a test run.
2. Disconnect the hose between the filter and the intake manifold at the air flow meter outlet.
3. With the engine running between 1500 and 2000 RPM, position the nozzle approximately 15 to 20 cm from the intake manifold to create a spray cone the same diameter as the intake duct, ensuring even distribution of the product throughout the intake.
4. Spray 4 to 5 times, each time for a maximum of one second. Block the intake with your hand for 1 to 2 seconds to ensure the product is properly burned. Wait 1 minute, varying the engine speed from 1000 to 3000 RPM.
5. Repeat step (4) 2 to 3 times.
6. Manually operate the turbocharger wastegate between each new spray.
7. Repeat steps (4) and (6) until the can is empty. At no point should you hear a rattling sound, which would indicate that the air-fuel mixture is too rich, especially on diesel engines where combustion occurs without a pre-programmed spark. In this case, it is essential to block the intake with your hand to ensure the product is burned very quickly.
8. Once the treatment is complete, it is recommended to add one dose of TCI Diesel ref. 1111 to the fuel tank of diesel vehicles.
